Choose one of our Suggested Boxes or Build Your Own by picking a type of pasta, your favourite sauce and a garnish to top it off.

We will deliver your pasta box between 3 - 6 pm the day after your order is placed. Except Sundays.

All our boxes are freshly made on demand. 

Follow our easy cooking instructions and prepare your restaurant-quality pasta in the comfort of your own cucina.

ABOUT US

From the scenic shores of Italy's majestic Lago Maggiore to the rolling cliffs of Cape Town, we've brought with us a great passion for quality ingredients and the simple beauty of a perfect plate of pasta.

 

This new venture of ours was born with that passion as well as the desire to create something new and exciting in a time when we are all in need of a bit of fun and inspiration.

THE PRODUCT

Our boxes are a combination of exclusive products that taste just like home, reminding us of those Sundays spent with family, where a plate of pasta is always shared. 

 Fresh pasta has been made in households throughout Italy for generations. We bring you the simple elegance of these dishes, following the one and only rule of pasta making: we only use fresh local ingredients. 

Now, the only thing missing is your special touch.

Eggs

          

We've chosen to source our eggs from Usana, a local producer in the Stellenbosch wine region.  Usana Eggs are raised free range, which means they have 30% less cholesterol, double the amount of Vitamin A and E, as well as Omega 3 (the good kind of fat).

For our meat-based pasta sauces, like our delicious Ragù, we use certified grass-fed, free range beef and pork from Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants, Cape Town's ethical butchery.

OUR FLOUR

          

Flour is the primary ingredient of any pasta, and therefore we give great importance to the quality of the flour we use. Eureka Mills supplies us with stoneground, unbleached flour with no additives or preservatives.

COOKING CLASSES

Come to our Lab and learn how to make fresh pasta with our Chefs, Nicoló and Federico. 

Classes include:

- Welcome espresso coffee

- Introduction to the world of fresh pasta

- Individual pasta making session

(you will learn to make different shapes of pasta and ravioli)

- Take away box with your own handmade masterpiece
